Ahhh it’s that time of the week again… Meal planning madness…
I’m really feeling a little uninspired about cooking this week coming, so I have tried to plan quick and easy meals to prepare.
Last week when I did the shopping I kept within my budget but somehow ended up doubling up on some items.

Monster Squad Movie Night.

Well it’s Monday. Again.
