Monster Month Of Meals – 30 Easy Meal Ideas!
I have to be completely honest here and admit that I despise grocery shopping. It is by far the biggest time waster of my week but somehow I think I’d be rather unpopular with the monsters if I just didn’t do it.
So I had a thought, “I wonder if I could shop for a month?”
Now the logistics of the operation wouldn’t quite work for us at the moment as we don’t have a big enough fridge or freezer, but the idea sounds great to me. That way all we would need to buy fresh would be milk, bread and fruit…… Ahhh Bliss.
So I decided to come up with a list of easy (usually quick) family meals so that when shopping and meal planning, I can cut my time in half. Perfect to refer to when planning and having a mental block! (Quite frequent these days -LOL)
Sounds impressive in theory, we just have to try it to see if it works.
I put the feelers out and asked my Facebook Friends to offer meal ideas and suggestions. Thanks to those that contributed.
Here is what I have come up with so far. I hope to add some recipes in the future!
