What Is Common Chaos Chronicle Really All About?

So I have been thinking…..

I know, I know, some of you would be shocked! It doesn’t happen that often these days and when it does it usually involves rearranging half the house but this time I swear, I will not rearrange a thing!

Seriously though, I have been giving my blog some real thought over the last few weeks.

I mean I have lost count of how many times people have said to me,

“What is a blog?”

“What is it about?”

“Why do you write about that?”

“Do people really read it?”Β Β  and so on…..

Trying to explain it all to someone that has absolutely no knowledge of this kind of thing can be exhausting. It also gets difficult to explain Common Chaos Chronicle to people in only a few short sentences.

It is time for me to focus on what I am really here to write about and what my readers can expect when they visit the blog.

So I have come up with a little spiel to explain where I am and what I am all about.

Here it is:

What do you get when you cross a tired and worn out mummy with 6 energetic bouncing monsters? Common Chaos.

At Common Chaos Chronicle I like to keep parenting and raising a large family real.

I don’t sugar coat it, I tell it like it is from the mundane day to day happenings, (aka catastrophes), to the life altering, smile inducing events that come with having 6 children.

Share the ups and downs and in-betweens with me as I take each day as it hits me, wrangling my very own MonsterSquad.

What do you think?

If you read that last paragraph with no knowledge of Common Chaos Chronicle, would you be interested in reading some more? What else would you want to know?

I’d love to hear your thoughts on whether I have hit the nail on the head or not.

    1. Actually you have! You do share your stories - the good and the bad about how it is raising your 6 (OMG I still can't believe you've got 6!) kids. And lovely to know that even someone with 6 kids can have their ups and downs. xx

    2. Love it you are amazing xxxx

    3. Brooke

I think that sums you up very well, I would read it if I didn't already. :-)

    4. Great synopsis Jac! It describes your blog to a tee.
