Week 10- My Weight-Loss Journey- Another Small Loss.

My Weight Loss Journey Page TitleToday’s weigh-in brings me to week 10 of this journey I am on.

I have been hungry this past week. Really hungry. For the first time in the last 10 weeks I have really craved second serves of food, bigger serves and more sweets than ever.

Im not really sure why, maybe it is because I have been so busy. Or maybe it’s my body craving something. Whatever the reason I will have to rely on my will power to say no more often this coming week.

As I overate during the week I did not expect any weightloss at all. I hopped on the Wii Fit board this morning to reveal a small loss of 600grams.

This brings my 10 week total to 12.3kgs.

It’s enough to keep me well and truly motivated that’s for sure.

  1. Well done – Keep going! Any loss (no matter how very small) – is better than a gain! Try looking for some new low fat recipes that you can treat yourself with when you ‘crave’ something sweet – don’t cave in to a chocolate bar or fast food. I think your weight loss is very good for 10 weeks and averages out well. Whatever you are doing is working!

  2. You are doing great Jac, this is the correct way, 1 to 2 ibs per week is exactly what you should be
losing now it is the safe and correct way to do it.
there are lots of reasons for craving more food, one is your monthly cycle and hormones can cause you to crave things, plus if you havent been feeling too good then that to can make you want to eat more,
I am so proud of you for sticking with it. dont lose heart you are really doing well.

    Love you all

    Joan xx

  3. Diet jelly and sugar free lollies (anything choc or caramel) helpkeep my sweet cravings at bay!
