I have been hungry this past week. Really hungry. For the first time in the last 10 weeks I have really craved second serves of food, bigger serves and more sweets than ever.
Im not really sure why, maybe it is because I have been so busy. Or maybe it’s my body craving something. Whatever the reason I will have to rely on my will power to say no more often this coming week.
As I overate during the week I did not expect any weightloss at all. I hopped on the Wii Fit board this morning to reveal a small loss of 600grams.
This brings my 10 week total to 12.3kgs.
It’s enough to keep me well and truly motivated that’s for sure.
