I am sneaking this post in at the very last minute as I had one hell of a busy week!! If you are following my journey on The Shrinking Housewife Facebook Page, you may have read that I had a small loss this week.
But like the week before I took it as a win.
Any loss is a loss in my book, and the aim of the game is to lose the weight and keep it off so smaller weekly losses may be better in the long run.
Drum Roll please…….
Ok in Week 1 I lost a whopping 4.7kgs
In Week 2 I lost another 1.8kgs
Week 3 saw me lose a little bit of motivation and enjoy an alcoholic beveridge. I lost 500gms.
So that brings us to Week 4. At my Week 4 weigh-in, I lost another 600gms.
So in the 1st month of my weight loss journey, I have lost a sum total of 7.1kgs.
I am happy with those numbers. When I write them down here it makes me smile. It makes me believe that anything is possible and that one day I may actually reach my goal weight.
