As a blogger many things arrive in my email inbox everyday.
I have requests coming at me left right and center, some paid, some reviewed for product and some, shared simply because I KNOW my readers will definitely be interested in it.
This review is certainly one from the last category.
I KNOW through discussions on the Common Chaos Chronicle FACEBOOK Page that we have many families that have Minecraft obsessed monsters!
For those that have no idea what I am talking about, Minecraft is a computer game that has very basic looking cube graphics, where you can build your own lands etc….
A while ago I was offered the opportunity to check out a free Minecraft Party Kit from the wonderful people at Cool Things. If you want to check out their entire site full of awesome goodies follow this link: www.coolthings.com.au. I know I’ll be checking it out in the lead up to Christmas!
Anyway, I downloaded my kit and set it aside for birthday time. Birthday time came and went and we never did the whole big party thing this year.
A week or so ago, I searched through the files on my computer to find the kit again as I had one of my crafty ‘lightbulb’ idea moments and wanted to use some images from the kit to decorate Jai’s bedroom with a Minecraft theme.
A Minecraft wall bunting is in the process of being put together at the moment! 🙂
I cant wait to throw a full Minecraft party in the future using many of the elements in the kit.
There’s Party Hats, Signs, Games and Prizes and more that you can print for yourself at home, which make catering for specific numbers easier!

I hope this post helps those who were interested in putting on a Minecraft Party. If you do hold an event, I’d love for you to send me some photos via email or on the CCC Facebook Page. 🙂
