Family Snap-Shot! We had a DINO-riffic time & they’re coming back + A GIVEAWAY

One of the upsides to the hard work and time I put into this blog is the invitations to things that we ordinarily wouldn’t be able to go to.

Living on the lowest income available with 6 kids, means that we don’t often get to treat them to special things out of our own wallets. Sad, but true, just like so many other families these days.

The opportunities that come up give us a chance to take the MonsterSquad out and about and for us to spend quality time together as a family, which far outweighs any event anyway.

It’s something that we don’t do anywhere near enough.

Most times, we have an absolute ball, and often I take way more photos than I really need simply because I cherish these moments so much.

As I was scrolling through my photos checking that they were all there after my computer had been fixed, I came across these happy snaps and realised that in the chaos of school holidays I never actually shared them on Common Chaos Chronicle.

Last school holidays we were invited to an event at Eastland Shopping Center in Melbourne, to view a small animatronic Dinosaur Display. I couldn’t possibly say no to that as Levi is dinosaur mad, as have the other Monsters been in the past.

The display was fantastic, the kids had an absolute ball and we were super excited to hear about some plans to expand the event in the next 12months due to the popularity of it.

Fingers crossed for that, as a display on a much much larger scale would be awesome. Very very awesome.

Anyway…. I was super excited to find out that in these coming September School Holidays, the Dinosaur exhibition will be making an appearance at WATERGARDENS TOWN CENTER Victoria, and I have a fantastic prize to give away to one lucky ‘Chaos’ reader.

Up for grabs is a fantastic Dinosaur Prize pack, as well as a special invitation for one lucky family to attend the special Preview Event before this attraction officially opens to the public. HOW COOL IS THAT???

So if you’re available onΒ  Sunday 22nd September, and are able to get to Watergardens Town Center, simply leave a comment on this blog post telling me your/your child’s favourite Dinosaur memory and you could win your way to this special event.

I have three daughters and they all love dinosaurs, but especially my eldest daughter; she is obsessed!! Her favourite dinosaur memory would have to be when we were lucky enough to visit Sea World earlier this year and got to see Dinosaur Island. To say that she loved it would be an understatement. I think I took about a hundred photo's of her and her sisters!!! I am the same as you, I love to capture the fun family times!! Thanks so much for the opportunity to win; even if we don't, I will definitely take the girls to see the exhibition. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

The closest my master 6 and master 2 get to dinosaurs are with their toy ones. They both sit there and play for ages together. I know both the boys would love to go and see them up close in a bigger diamension and would more than like be so scared in a cute way. It would be great if we could have memories of all being together and seeing the dinosaurs with lots of photos to show them when they get older.
