Popping a Healthy Snack For The Kids This Christmas – The Starmaid Microwave Popcorn Maker!!! + {GIVEAWAY}

Ahh the joys of the Christmas junk food overload.

It happens in most houses and by New Years, the sugar high is at a premium and our waistbands are usually tighter.

Thanks to Starmaid and the new Microwavable Superstar Popcorn Maker, snacking just got a whole lot more ‘guilt-free’.

This year I have discovered an alternative to the greasy buttery Microwavable popcorn that we usually snack on during MonsterSquad Movie Night, and since the school holiday’s are looming once again I am sure there will be more ‘Movie Sessions’ than normal.

Air popped popcorn eliminates the need for butter or oil and what could be easier than a popper you can use in the microwave?

Basically, it takes the same amount of time a store brought microwave popcorn takes to pop, at a fraction of the cost and without all the fat! BONUS!

I found it easy to use, easy to clean and easy to store in the cupboard.

Each scoop of kernels pops approximately 12.5 cups of Popcorn in around 2.5mins. Now if you’re feeding a Monster Squad like ours then 3 lots will be plenty. That’s just over 7 minutes of my day to provide my kids with a healthy ‘snack food’ alternative.

And the best bit?

The MonsterSquad can even use it themselves.

This beauty would make a great Chrissy gift for that ‘hard to buy for’ pre-teen or teenager and with a RRP of $19.99, won’t blow the budget either!

I’m now using the Popcorn maker for Movie night, School lunches and Afternoon tea.

It really has come in handy here at Chaos HQ.

The lovely folk at Starmaid want to help me spoil you this Silly Season so they have offered me 3 Superstar PopCorn Makers to GIVEAWAY!

    1. Love a healthy AND low cost alternative snack. My kids love popcorn too and normally if we ever do go out to the movies, I make our own one in our popcorn maker and bring it in instead of buying at the cinemas (shhh).

    2. I also got to review one of these, It was/is fantastic. I love how quick and easy it is to use and the kids absolutely love it. Good luck to the lucky winners! :)
