School Holiday Suggestion – The Cinema – TinkerBell & The Secret Of The Wings + GIVEAWAY!!!!

Last weekend we were invited to a premiere screening of the brand new TinkerBell movie, TinkerBell and The Secret Of The Wings.

Now it’s no secret around here that our monsters are huge Tink fans. So much so that MonsterSquad Dad had started calling her ‘Stink-a-Bell’ after being subjected to the other 2 movies a countless number of times.

So with little less than a thought I accepted the invitation and dragged the MonsterSquad to Melbourne for a weekend away and a very special fairy fun adventure!

Tink Facepaint

Upon our arrival at the cinema we were greeted by beautiful fairies that escorted us to a magical room of face painting fun and balloon bending brilliance.

Tink Fun

We also enjoyed a snap shot or two in Pine Hollow, Tinkerbell’s home land of course!

Tink 4

Soon it was time to watch the movie where we were shouted massive buckets of popcorn and bottles of water!!! (These people really know how to keep all the kiddies entertained!)

We settled into our seats and got ready to see the next installment of the TinkerBell movies! (I was a lucky winner of a TinkerBell Watch!!)

Movie watching

It’s a lovely tale of curiosity and adventure that leads TinkerBell into the forbidden world of the Winter Woods where she discovers a magical secret that changes her life forever.

We saw every emotion imaginable played out in the film and it had the monsters glued without a second glance.

The animation is fantastic and the characters are so easy to fall in love with.

Whilst the monsters really enjoyed the movie, both MonsterSquad Dad and I enjoyed it too. It was a very easy and entertaining movie for adults to enjoy too.

Thank-you Disney Studios AU for having us, I have never seen the MonsterSquad sit so still through an entire movie!

If you think this is something your children will love these coming school holidays, TinkerBell and The Secret Of The Wings starts in cinemas on the 20th September 2012.

With an all star cast, you’re bound to recognise the voices of: Timothy Dalton, Lucy hale, Megan Hilty, Anjelica Huston, Matt Lanter, Raven Symone and Lucy Liu as they flap across the screen!

11 Thoughts on “School Holiday Suggestion – The Cinema – TinkerBell & The Secret Of The Wings + GIVEAWAY!!!!

  1. My wings would be sparkly yellow, all bathed in sunshine and happiness.
Thanks for the chance to win! My daughter would love to see the new Tinkerbell movie.

  2. my wings would be a beautiful sparkly purple colour.
both my girls love the tinkerbell movies, that might just be because i love them aswell though lol

  3. I think my wings would have to be green. I love the outdoors and I think I would have to be a garden fairy of some sort. My Son would be Blue just because its his favourite colour, I think he would like to be a tink fairy although he does look a bit like Terence so perhaps a dust fairy which I think means he would need Golden wings. (we watched tink all day yesterday while my daughter was at school) My Daughter would be a tink or garden fairy with me – green wings its her fav. colour. My husband being an engineer would be a Tink fairy during business hours and a water fairy after hours so I think perhaps blue wings for him too. Too much information but we discussed what fairy we would be just the other night during our family pizza/movie night.

My husband just suggested the other day that we needed to get a new batch of movies for movie night and I was annoyed that there wasn’t another Tink movie out obviously I didn’t do my research.

  4. Mine would have to be a rainbow, because im always telling my kids i will love them to the end of t he rainbow….my husband would say its because im a gemini and cant make up my mind lol

  5. My daughter Liy( lilabell) said her wings would have to be rainbow with lots of sparkle.

  6. My 2 year old Tinkerbell crazy daughter said her wings would be “pink an purble” and when asked why her answer was “kezaus” (because) her standard answer for everything these days.

  7. pink us the only answer…… always been my favourite colour have mellowed in down in my wardrobe since becoming a mum but still love my bright pink sneakers that i wear most days … so long story short pink is my first and only choice for my fairy wings 🙂
fingers crossed and good luck everyone
