Win TICKETS Here To See GHOST The Musical!

GHOST THE MUSICAL is coming to Melbourne this February and I have 2 double passes to give away to the 8pm show on the 5th of Feb at the Regent Theatre.

Ghost Logo

I don’t think I have ever met anybody that has seen the movie ‘GHOST’ and not fallen in love with it. The storyline, the characters, the way it grabs at every emotion. I remember watching it as a young teen, laughing, crying and embracing the romance and I am certain the stage musical will grab us all in exactly the same way.

“Set in modern day New York City, Ghost The Musical is a timeless fantasy about the power of love. Walking back to their apartment one night after a romantic dinner, Sam and Molly are mugged, leaving Sam dead on a dark street.ย Sam is trapped as a ghost between this world and the next and unable to leave Molly, whom he learns is in grave danger. With the help of Oda Mae, a phony storefront psychic, Sam tries to communicate with Molly in the hope of saving and protecting her.”

GHOST Rob Mills and Emma Mae Brown (Aust)

While we watched the likes of Patrick Swayze, Demi Moore & Whoopi Goldberg in the movie on the big screen, GHOST The Musical brings us a superb cast featuring Rob Mills, Jemma Rix, Alex Rathgerber & Wendy Mae Brown in the role of Oda, made famous by Whoopi Goldberg.

“Employing special effects never before seen in an on-stage musical, Ghost The Musical features an incredible array of illusions – Sam, as a ghost, walks through a solid door, inanimate objects take on a life of their own while spirits ascend to the heavens and subway passengers are thrown in the air and people disappear and reappear right before your eyes.”

GHOST Wendy Mae Brown (Aust)

    1. LOVED the movie and would LOVE to see the musical. Especially with Rob Mills! HELLO!!!

    2. Kat

Ive never been to a musical and i think after surviving school holidays i could use a night off (as long as i survive the next week)

    3. After 6 weeks of school holidays, I think we could all do with a night off! (I may be counting the sleeps until school starts!) This show looks amazing - and a little tear-jerking romance may be just what this Mama needs :-)

    4. karen

would love to see the stage love rob mills and a night at the theatre I am there with bells on

    5. Brianne Grayling

That is actually my wedding anniversary!! Since we've had our children, with no family in town, we've never celebrated our wedding anniversary as a couple (although it is lovely celebrating with our children). We'll be married for 16 years on the 5th February :)

    6. Oh this would be amazing. I remember recording the movie on VHS ( yeah I'm a little bit old, lol) and watching it over and over until it was ruined. I would treat my besty and I to a kid and husband free night in the city as we have been working our buts off with our new business and it is exactly what we need to stay sane ๐Ÿ˜œ

    7. ang t

Ghost is my all.time favourite movie love.to see the musical desperately

    8. Stephen Fisher

Would love to take my Wife out to the show as it is her favourite movie and to see it as a musical would be delightful.

    9. Ern

I really need a night off to literally thrill the pants off my wife. Seems we've been out less and less since we said 'I do'.

    10. Di

To get me out of the kitchen & the home I love so much that I feel these days totally and utterly absorbs me within it's walls. Ahhhhh the joys of domestic bliss.

    11. DIANA O

To escape into a story that I utterly adore. Be nice to relax and unwind as I enjoy, making a night of it with late supper too.

    12. Stephanie

I would love the night off to take my Nan out for a wonderful evening, she turning 94 in a couple of weeks and I love to spoil her.

    13. Anastasia

I need a night off so that I can enjoy 5 minutes of quiet time without being interrupted by the children.

    14. Jennifer B.

Regent Theatre glamour: velvet, black, gold. Long dress and heels, so opulently bold. After seven days a week of head pain, doctorโ€™s rooms and dull office sightsโ€ฆ A 'ghostly' night out would refresh and delight!!!

    15. Kirsten W

'G'etting stressed with work. 'H'aven't been out forever. 'O'ther half is becoming a stranger. 'S'o very much want to see this show. 'T'ired and worn out!

    16. Caroline Fulford

I would LOVE to see Ghost, any musical I love but this would be AMAZING!!

    17. angela beales

    18. doug ford

A night on the town . Ghost such a beautiful love story, much like my own. My wife would adore me . Please help me make some wonderful memories

    19. Lucia Saal

The kids have been home on school holidays for a long, long, long, long time...back to school and a night out would be AMAZING!

    20. AMANDA

Often playing tag team through the revolving door, sport, school, work we're busy that's for sure, every minute is precious, life is a delight, it's time we weren't ghosts passing by at night, let's break into Musical Broadway, soak up the atmosphere, a reminder to appreciate what we share from year to year!

    21. Jade O

Ghost... oh gee this film brings back so many memories. I was obsessed with this film as a child in the early 90's (then again I thought Patrick Swayze was a real Ghost lol) I would love to give these tickets to mum and dad so they can spend a night together at the theater. They both still work hard after raising 5 kids so they deserve to spend a romantic evening together

    22. Lindy Fahey

I've spent an horrendous 6 months with my mum being extremely unwell and in and out of hospital, a night out to forget things would be great!

    23. Sonya

I've never seen a musical in my life and since our first child was born over 8 years ago my hubby and I have only had one date night, to a terrible movie! Our love life needs a bit of a boost, obviously!

    24. Louise T

This is one of my all time favourite movies. I loved Patrick Swayze, but love Millsey even better! Go you good thing!! Would love to finally escape the house kid free, for a little musical stimulation :)

    25. Ross S

My Sweet Dreams are made of an Australian Idol and a Wicked Gemma Rix singing Dave Stewartโ€™s Music in an adaptation of a movie classic.

    26. Ingrid

Work for me doesn't end at 5pm. 11pm client emails? They need replies. Two hours, phone off, and the ultimate life or death love story... Bliss!

    27. Kalai S

I donโ€™t need yet another night with my mind switched offโ€ฆ I need one with it switched on and full of magic, music and Millsy!

    28. Belinda Ann

Love musicals and always loved Ghost the movie so what a combination! Looks hilarious!!

    29. Jarvis

I am a huge fan of Ghost the film. Unchained Melody makes my heart swoon! Would love to see the on-stage production

    30. Linda S

If I won I'd feel like I'd died and gone to heaven!

    31. kerrie

I have watched Ghost on television 9 times now, my husband said I should get out more, so seeing Ghost on stage I will take a girlfriend and leave him at home.

    32. Kate D

We have been stuck at home for the past 5 months...my husband had an accident at work and we haven't had the funds to do anything fun for ages! Would absolutely LOVE and appreciate a night out :)

    33. Ellen Axford

I am a musical theatre amateur and I have sung the Ghost song 'With You' for performances and Eisteddfods. I'm from Brisbane and they haven't brought the season here which is HIGHLY depressing for a Ghost fanatic such as myself! I've watched snippets online and am completely IN LOVE to say the least! If I won these tickets, my flights will be booked and I'll be off to Melbourne not just for not just a night off, but a weekend away! I would love to take my partner who was so touched by my performance of 'With You' that I even bought a tear to his eye. It would be a magical experience and a dream come true! Oh and we must not forget heart throb, Rob Mills..... He has made every musical I've seen with him starring 10 times more memorable!

    34. Ange

havent had a night off since 2011 - need one badly

    35. QR

Would be on 7th heaven in the clouds if I won a night off

    36. CITYGIRLMELB

I cried when I saw the movie, especially when he said ditto when a ghost - Jan has been a hectic month with looking after everyone else, is is selfish to say its my turn

    37. Vija

Sick of being a couch potato. I need to see the night life!

    38. Kathy P

When you can't remember the last time you had a night off, then you are long overdue. That's me.

    39. Tristan

      This should be some fun.

    40. Mikaela C

When house chores become a bore, spending the night with a Ghost seem much more interesting for sure!

    41. Noeleen

Being a pensioner breeds boredom - a chance for a night out to a Melbourne Musical would be the ultimate treat

    42. Jacinta

The only way I can get my tight man to come to the theatre is by getting the tickets for free!

    43. Tania C

I don't so much need a night off, but a night out...with my mum! She lives in the country and whenever she visits, it's all about the kids and family, we don't often get to spend time together just the two of us. This would be such a fantastic night out for us both, I remember watching Ghost together in our lounge room when it came out on "VHS"!

    44. Samantha W

Night off? I am not familiar with this concept. Please, tell me more...

    45. julie benentt

a mother of four time poor and chores galore, thats me, romance and love i need to see to be in the room would be heavenly.

    46. Brendan

I just want to be a great boyfriend and take my girl to the theatre. I'm not Patrick swayze but I'll try to be

    47. Robyn Tilley

Love the movie firstly, and so need time out, hubby and I have had about 5 years of stress, and I , with hubby's support and help have emptied my mum's house, and now have to sort through loads of boxes and decide where her things should go. This would be an amazing show and a great chance to destress.

    48. Tania Roche

Just so I can tell my friends I saw a GHOST!
