On Monday I declared my intentions about getting back on the ‘Weight-Loss Wagon’ and finding a much healthier and confident Jac.
The support I received was overwhelming, from both readers and other bloggers alike.
Many wanted to join me on my journey so I got to thinking….
What better way to inspire and motivate others is there than a team effort???
That’s right, none.
By supporting each other through our Weight-loss ups & downs, we’re all more likely to succeed and reach our own personal goals.
Whether you have 2kgs or 102kgs to lose, you are more than welcome to join in on this blog hop.
Please don’t feel pressured to publicize your weight in numbers, that is completely up to you but this week I’d love it if you could introduce yourself, tell us why you want to shed the weight and set yourself a mini goal.

So, a little about myself…
I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. Since having children, I have (at my biggest) gained an extra 45kgs.
Weight-loss for me has always been a rollercoaster ride. This time I want to lose the weight sensibly, and keep it off.
Before my most recent pregnancy, I lost 14kgs.
I’m ready to top that number this time.
I cannot afford trainers, food programs or gym memberships so I am going to focus on healthy eating and exercise to lose the weight. Once it plateaus, I’ll look into other options.
I’m only human, I can’t guarantee weight-loss each and every week but I can promise you all that I’ll give it 100% effort!
My mini goal is to shed 5kgs in the first month. The first few weeks is when I usually lose a chunk of weight then it slows down after that.
I will add my post from Monday to start this blog hop off!!!
